House Parties and Grill Outs are home grown interventions where HIV testing, risk reduction and prevention education is provided in a community social setting. Grill Outs are conducted in residential communities where agency staff grill and serve hot meals to community members. House parties are educational risk reduction and HIV prevention workshops that are hosted by community members in their homes. The host of these parties are encouraged to invite their drug using and/or sexual partners along with family and friends to attend.
